The NON-MEMBER menu option of the Financial menu is used to
view a window displaying a grid of non-members and any non-member
pledges and payments made. This can help you track those
non-members who might just buy seats for the high holidays, or who
are relatives and friends of members who perhaps want to contribute
to your institution. This Non-Member window is the only means of
displaying and modifying your non-member data. You add and delete
Non-Member names from the menu choice on this window.
Non-members can also participate in renting your facilities for
events (Scheduling) and can be automatically notified of yahrzeits
via the Notify facility. Those options for non-members are
available on the View window for non-members, which can be
displayed by double-clicking on any date field in the non-member
window on the same row as the non-member you wish to View .
