The DATABASE DESCRIPTION window displays automatically after
you select a Database name to open or delete. A reduced version of
this window also opens to allow you to change the Database
description when you click the description field of the Main Window.
The following information is displayed:
Database name: displays the name of the Database displaying
the full path to the database
The following four fields do not display when you click the
description field of the Main Window, but do display when you
select a database name to open:
Number of Records and sort order: displays the number of
member records in the database and the sort order (/A means
ascending order and /D means descending order)
Last Update: displays the date that this database was last
updated
Last Use: displays the date that this database was last
used
Created: displays the date that this database was
created
Database description:displays the description that was
entered by the user for this database (you can enter up to 63
characters of any descriptive data you choose, such as “Main
database” )
Don’t Open/Delete: this button tells the system not to open
this database
Open/Delete Database: this button will cause the database to
be opened
Help: displays this help information
