Sort Mode ascending:if checked, sort order will be Ascending when re-sorting records. Default: based on the sort order of the currently-opened database; or if none, Ascending Note: This option is reset to the sort mode of the database being opened whenever opening a database Auto sort when adding new record: if checked, the system will automatically re-sort the database whenever a new record is added. This obviates the need to close and re-open the database to force a sort to take place. This option should be used when adding relatively few records over a period of time. It is advisable to uncheck this option when adding many records at the same time, so that a sort (causing additional overhead) is not done after each record is added, but only after all the records have been added. Default: True System returns room and section on seat entry: for the seating facility, if this item is checked, then when you enter a seat number on the Seat window, the system will automatically insert the room and section that the seat is located in on the Seat window, based on data in your seating chart. Use MS Word Templates: if checked, use templates in MS Word format rather than the standard CMS templates in the CMS.TXT file. Sounds:allows you to set the sounds that will be produced for the four types of messages that the system displays: Exclamation, Stop, Question, Information Default: the standard Windows sounds as set in the Windows Control Panel Sounds option E-mailing:Allows you to choose if financial statements should be e-mailed to those members that have valid e-mail addresses in their View window information and also allows you to indicate the server name to use to send e-mail and the e-mail address that you want to use as your sending e-mail address. Default: don’t send statements as e-mail and server address is blank and sending e-mail address is blank.
