The Compugene Software Online Round Robin is a totally web-based system to manage your Round Robin fundraising and runs on any computer platform that has a web browser and an active internet connection.
That's right: ALL the functions necessary to run a successful Round Robin, such as:

- calculating reciprocation

Here are the simple steps to successfully manage your Round Robin: (for detailed instructions, please click here)
1- Using your browser, sign in as administrator to the Round Robin system and add your users (names/e-mail addresses) to the database created for you at our website from a text file that you prepare
2- Determine the wording of your notification e-mail then simply click the button to create and send E-mails to your members notifying them of their sign-in ids/passwords and details on how to access your Round Robin
3- Your members can now sign in to your Round Robin, which will be available until your pre-determined closing date
4- After the closing date, sign in as administrator and click the webpage button that performs Reciprocation calculations
5- Click the webpage button that will produce your participant scrolls

6- Click the webpage button that will produce your non-participant scrolls
Non-participants are users in your database who did not make any selections themselves but have been selected by at least one participating user in your organization.
7- Click the webpage button that will produce statements to e-mail or send via regular mail
8- Click the webpage button that will produce labels if you wish to mail statements (optional)
9- Receive payment!
There are 3 ways that you can receive payments for Round Robin charges:
1- Send users paper or e-mailed statements; users can then pay by check or credit card (if you accept credit cards.)
2- Have our Online Round Robin web site link to your existing payment web site where users can pay their Round Robin charges.
3- Use the Compugene Software debit/credit card interface to direct your users to a web site where users can pay their Round Robin charges.
